"Payment was a real headache"
I tried checking out and the payment page kept throwing errors no matter what I did. I’m not saying it’s a scam, but when a payment page keeps failing like that, it definitely doesn’t feel great. Ended up giving up because it was just too annoying.

"Site keeps failing"
spaceman.com just hasn’t worked well for me. Slow pages. Random freezes. Sometimes it kicks me out for no reason. Tried again at different times. Same issues. Not worth the hassle.

I was excited when my order arrived, and at first glance I liked the overall look of it. Unfortunately, once I started using it, the material felt kind of cheap and flimsy, and it didn’t hold up well after just a few uses. For the price, I was expecting something sturdier. It might be okay for very light use, but it just wasn’t really worth it for me.

I got annoyed waiting for this to show up. It took about two weeks, which felt way longer than it should have. I get that delays happen, but still, it was frustrating just sitting around wondering when it would finally arrive.

"Customer service left me feeling ignored"
I had a problem with my order and reached out to support a few times, hoping someone would just confirm they understood what was going on and help me sort it out. It took a really long time to hear back, and when they finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t read my message properly.

I kept getting the same generic response over and over, with no real solution or even a bit of reassurance that it was being handled. It was frustrating and disappointing, and I don’t think I’d use Spaceman again after this.

"Account setup was more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried setting up an account on Spaceman it was frustrating. The signup page kept loading, then it asked me to verify my email, but the email took ages to come through. Once I finally got in, a few of my details hadn’t saved properly. I was definitely expecting clearer instructions or at least a smoother setup process. Not the best first impression.

"Wish I Had Ordered Somewhere Else"
I really regret ordering from spaceman.com. The delivery date kept getting pushed back, and there were barely any clear updates along the way. I had to contact support more than once, but I still couldn’t get a straight answer about what was going on. The package did eventually show up, but it was much later than expected. it was way more stressful than it should’ve been, and I don’t think I’d order from them again

"Decent overall, but the communication was a little slow"
My experience with spaceman.com was okay overall. Nothing terrible happened or anything, but the communication did feel a bit slow at times. I got responses eventually, just not always when I was expecting them, so I was kind of left wondering...

The replies were usually helpful enough, but some of them were short, and I had to follow up to get a clearer answer. It wasn’t a bad experience, just more average than anything else. Could’ve been smoother, I guess.

"Returning my order has been a nightmare"
I tried to return my order, it’s been way more stressful than it should be. The replies are slow, the instructions aren’t clear, and I’m still waiting on my refund. At this point, I’m starting to worry I’m being strung along, which is exactly what I was afraid of. I don’t think I’d order from them again...

"Packaging was a joke"
My order from spaceman.com showed up in some seriously flimsy packaging. The box was so thin it was basically half-crushed by the time it got to me, and there was barely any padding inside. The item was just sliding around like nobody even tried to protect it. For the price I paid, give me a break, I expected way better than that. I definitely won’t be ordering again if this is how they ship things.

"Decent, but actually a bit pricey for what it is"
Spaceman was fine to use overall. The site worked without any major problems, and I didn’t run into anything too frustrating, but actually, for the price, I was expecting a little more from it. Some features were helpful, while other parts felt basic.
It’s not a bad service, just not something I’d call great value right now. If it cost a bit less, I’d probably feel better about it, but as it is, it actually feels average to me.

"Seems useful, but I didn’t really trust it"
I signed up thinking it might be a decent service, and maybe it is for some people, but I just couldn’t get comfortable with the privacy side of things. The settings felt kind of confusing, and I wasn’t totally sure what data was being used or how. I’m sure there are good parts to it, but it didn’t feel right for me, so I ended up closing my account quickly.

"Felt like the goalposts kept moving"
I didn’t really feel comfortable using spaceman.com. At first I thought I’d just check it out, but the more I clicked around, the less clear things got. It felt like every time I was looking for basic info, the goalposts kept moving and I’d end up with more questions than answers. I wasn’t sure I could trust it with my personal details, so I backed out before going any further. Maybe it works fine for other people, but it didn’t give me a reliable feeling at all.

"Am I missing something, or is this site really hard to use?"
Am I missing something here? I had a frustrating time using the site. It was hard to find what I needed, the pages felt cluttered, and things kept loading weirdly for me. Maybe I’m just not seeing the right way to navigate it, but overall it was kind of a pain.

"Pretty decent overall, with a few rough spots"
I’ve used spaceman.com a few times now, and overall it’s been a alright experience. The site loaded fine most of the time, and signing up was simple enough, which I appreciated.

It wasn’t perfect, though. A couple pages were a little slow here and there, and when I reached out with a question, support took longer than I expected to get back to me.
Still, it’s not a bad site by any means. I could see myself using it again, but I do think it would be nicer if things felt a bit smoother and easier to navigate.

"Decent site, but the billing left me confused"
The site itself worked fine for the most part, so I wasn’t expecting any issues. But the pricing felt unclear, and I only noticed the extra charges after I had already checked out. That was frustrating because everything seemed okay at first, then suddenly it felt like there were surprises I should’ve been told about earlier. I also reached out to support, but the reply took longer than I hoped. Not a terrible experience overall, just kind of annoying and mixed.
